EFT training teaches you the basic techniques, however it is through reflective practice that excellence is developed. Every person is unique and every EFT tapping session is different. What helps one person does not necessarily work for another.

EFTi Practitioner Mentoring with Gwyneth gives you a supportive space to reflect on client sessions and learn from what you do. Gentle questioning helps you to stand back, see a bigger picture and unravel stuck cases. The intention is that mentoring is a process through which you grow in skill and confidence.

Tapping is a practical skill.  Like learning how ride a bicycle or play the guitar.  There is not so much theory or head-learning – you get good at it by doing it.  Getting into the habit of reflecting on what worked and what didn’t in each tapping session is the best way to deepen your skill.
