Self Compassion EFT CA
Self-Criticism is toxic and Self-Compassion is healing. Self Compassion EFT is Gwyneth’s skillful and respectful process for healing critical voices and reclaiming lost parts of ourselves. With this beautiful and profound process we heal through understanding, acceptance and kindness. There is then no need to change the past or interfere. Through this healing, what happened, happened but it no longer sticks and colours the future.
Gwyneth says: We all go through times of shock and stress and it can seem like a part of ourselves has to leave and gets stuck back there, frozen in time. A critical voice is born and we soldier on with an un-fillable hole. Self-compassion EFT is my processes for healing, returning and integrating that which we have lost.

This is a workshop day to experience teaching, live demonstration and practice of Self-Compassion EFT. This day does not teach the techniques of EFT and is intended for those who have some experience of EFT as a client and for practitioners wishing to learn advanced work.
